It’d be nice if all the designs didn’t look the same. Everything looks like a blog.

Hmmm, maybe my cousin shouldn’t enter the contest, eh? Shouldn’t stop you from creating a theme for the new theme directory though.

Some of the themes submitted follow a similar navigation style to the default template. I challenge the designers to switch it up a bit. The theme API is pretty powerful and you can create some very unique layouts :)

Nice work on this CMS fellas, I’m really enjoying working with it while I’m making the theme, we may even use it on a few client sites.

However, I do have on issue/request. I’m trying to set up a statement like ‘is this the homepage?’ using the ‘page.root?’ statement but it’s not really working. Plus that’s not the right way around it anyway :P. I was wondering if there is some sort of ‘page.home?’ function available.
